Closing in. Coach always tells me the pictures on you see on Instagram are all filtered and edited by people and the package that is shown on stage is the real deal. And that is the only thing that matters . Back up your word and show them what you are really made off .
And that has been my focus since I started this season .
To improve from the 2019 me and return bigger better and stronger .
Humbled by the process , I take another step as I walk though this routine of mine min by min , hours and days in the gym to do just that.
I’m tired , I’m hungry but I am very happy and above all I’m contented.
Excited to see how everything turns out in the final days to come.
