Training larian sekarang smooth sangat, sampaikan mula rasa... bosan🥱
Muda2 dulu lari pace 4:50 min/km pun dah rasa hebat gila
fast forward 10 years later, tak sangka buat workout pada pace 4:40 min/km pun aku boleh rasa bosan! 😂
If I could advise my younger self:
Make your training as boring as possible
Because boring = consistency, and consistency = progress
