Recently, I received a lot of messages and negativity comments towards the way I teach my mummies to get SLIM, FIT and HEALTHY via 80% NUTRITION, 20% EXERCISE and 100% MINDSET.
Do you know why we need nutrition + exercise in order to lose weight, to get fit, to gain back our health?
With exercise only but not having balanced diet nutrition, your body won't lose weight nor get fit. Unless you are skipping meals. When you are skipping meals, your metabolism tends to slow down because you neglect the nutrients that your body needs to function properly and end up later eating uncontrollably.
To lose weight, as all of us know, we need to do calories deficit and eat healthy meal but as a mum, we are packed with our daily schedule be it a full time housewife or working moms.
That's where the protein shakes come in. They're quick, convenient and nutrition way to replace meal when you're on the go. Our protein shakes are full of vitamins, minerals, fibres, and protein that's perfect for the needs of body and weight loss too.
So to the ladies/mummies who have seen my post here, remember, skipping meals or eating unhealthy meals with thinking of just exercise only will not achieve what you want.
