在这段Hin Hin 榴莲高山峰顶上已经有一年多了，回想一年前我是走路上去的😂 还记得当时只有我、阿ser ，还有权晟，每一天都直凉和这个地方来回跑。
后来又加了子恒和Jacky，我们一起打理这些榴莲树，之后也一起住在上面生活。我们在那边煮饭，分工合作打理这在山顶上的家，晚上还能吹到很冷的风🥶 还有萤火虫看。早上起来，可以看看外面的云海和美丽的风景。

经过了一年后，也没想过外国人都会到我们Hin Hin来参观访问，而且还有一位是来自美国的Durianwriter作者。那天也来了一位Cohta Rica国家的外国人，还有一些法国、纽西兰等等国家的都到我们榴莲芭来。这些外国人来过Hin Hin 就不会想走了，他们都想住在这儿😆
我们订的目标是3年，没想到一年里面就看到很多正面消息，最要感谢的人是阿Ser，我也很幸运能遇到ser，真有缘分。最后也要感谢Uncle Low 和 Aunty Soh 信任我们，把这么美丽的Hin Hin 榴莲Farm 交给我们打理。感恩🥰

It has been more than a year on the top of the Hin Hin durian mountain. Looking back a year ago, I walked up it 😂 I still remember that it was just me, Ser, and Quan Sheng, running back and forth with this place every day.
Later, Zi Heng and Jacky were added, and we took care of these durian trees together, and then lived together. We cook there, and work together to take care of the house on the top of it. At night, we can enjoy the cold wind and watch fireflies. When we wake up in the morning, we can look at the sea of clouds and the beautiful scenery outside.

After a year, I never thought that foreigners would come to visit us at Hin Hin, and there is also a Durianwriter from the United States. A foreigner from the Cohta Rica country also came that day, and some from France, New Zealand and other countries came to our place. These foreigners who have been to Hin Hin will not want to leave, they all want to live here 😆
We set a goal of 3 years. I didn't expect to see a lot of positive news in just one year. The person I want to thank the most is Ser. I am also very lucky to meet him. It is really fate. Finally, I would also like to thank Uncle Low and Aunty Soh for trusting us and entrusting us to take care of such a beautiful Hin Hin Durian Farm. Thanks🥰

Kejohanan 1000 Liga Daerah Jelebu 2022 Perseorangan Lelaki Terbuka 比赛终于结束啦✨

我在这一个比赛从32强打到半决赛是有点累，脚也差点抽筋😅说真的我打比赛很少会进到半决赛，不过这次破了魔，也破了上一轮比赛输在8强的诅咒🤪

虽然没进到决赛，但已经心满意足了，也感谢每晚在学校打球时的球友们从我32强支持我到最后😍
他们在我比赛也帮我拍了很多照片，谢谢你们花了宝贵的时间呆在球场支持我🤭！最后恭喜余权晟队友在决赛中获得冠军🏆哦！

Kejohanan 1000 Liga Daerah Jelebu 2022 Perseorangan Lelaki Terbuka competition is finally over✨

I was a little tired from the top 32 to the semi-finals in this game, and my feet almost cramped 😅 To be honest, I rarely make it to the semi-finals, but this time I broke the magic and curse in the top 8 🤪

Although I didn't make it to the finals, I'm already satisfied, and I also thank the supporters who played at school every night for supporting me from my top 32 to the end😍
They also helped me take a lot of photos during my games, thank you for spending your precious time staying on the court to support me 🤭! Finally, congratulations to Ee Quan Sheng for winning the championship in the finals🏆!

这是第二个讲座让在球场上讲解羽毛球规则。感谢校长、孙副校长还有教育局给我这次的机会表现，也能让我提升自己，突破全进💪

在这个讲座里很开心可以认识到两间华小的老师和学生们，虽然有些是我以前的小学老师，但很开心可以一起互相学习和交流，我们都是一条心，都是提升学校的羽毛球学生，自己在这两次讲座也拿了不少经验。虽然有些东西还是给得不是很好，毕竟也是第一次，但在这两次讲座里我知道了怎么去改进，下次会做得更好，也感谢立德华小校长准备的丰富早餐✨

1.9.2022 直凉华侨华文中学提早过中秋✌🏻

两年的疫情导致学校没办中秋晚会，今年是疫情过后的第一年，感谢张校长的邀请。

到了这个中秋晚会，看到桌子上有很多美味可口的食物，还有少不了的月饼🥮，我感到开心😆
除了食物，一些学生还准备了表演，都很精彩，唱歌也蛮好听的哦！除了表演，还有猜灯谜、玩游戏，现场真的好热闹啊🔥

最后大家还一起绕着学校户外提着灯笼游行，在这个中秋晚会里我也见到一些以前教过我的老师，也见到一些自己的球员🥰

1.9.2022 SMJK Triang celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival early✌🏻

When I arrived at this Mid-Autumn Festival party, I was very happy to see a lot of delicious food on the table, as well as the indispensable mooncakes 😆
In addition to the food, some students also prepared performances, which are all wonderful, and the singing is also quite good! In addition to performances, there are also guessing lantern riddles and playing games. The scene is really lively 🔥

In the end, everyone walked around the school with lanterns in a parade. In this Mid-Autumn Festival party, I also met some teachers who taught me before, as well as some of my own players.

感谢Pendidik Bera Bc 队们让我加入他们，一起参加 MSL Sukan pahang 2022，也感谢Cikgu Ikhlas给我这个机会去尝试和挑战。

很可惜的在16强单打的那一分没把握机会，已经尽力了，也很抱歉让你们失望，也感谢 Cikgu Shamzi 当我的单打教练和鼓励我，还有谢谢Pendidik Bera Bc 的队友 Cikgu Firdaus , Soo Ai Fen, 还有其他人对我的信任，最后也要感谢 Sml Fertilizer Sdn Bhd 和 ExVoto 赞助我们团队衣服，谢谢支持我的朋友们和球员们🥰！

感谢SJK (C) Kerayong 校长、孙副校长还有教育局给予我这个机会到学校分享我在羽毛球教学的经验，以及如何帮助羽球校队老师们在课外活动时间里训练校队们。

这是我人生中第一次在学校给予讲座。我很荣幸能和 PTPS Badminton Daerah Bera Cikgu Ikhlas 搭档一起参与这次的讲座予直凉立德华小及吉拉央小学的羽球校队老师们✨同时也感谢Cikgu Ikhlas 在我遗漏的地方帮我补充给老师们了解。

在这个讲座里我和 Cikgu Ikhlas 的知识能够传达给两间校队的老师们，希望能帮助到这两间华小的校队老师，让他们在学校课外活动里能发挥和教导校队，也希望老师们能够把羽球校队带出最好的成绩，为学校争光🥰

最后我要感谢吉拉央小学林洁慧校长给我的礼品，也要感谢教育局给了我一张文凭，还有感谢两间小学校队老师抽空时间出席这次的活动。谢谢你们🥳！

I would like to thank Principal SJK (C) Kerayong,Madam Soon See Lin and the Education Bureau for giving me this opportunity to share my experience in badminton teaching at the school and how to help the badminton school team teachers to train the school team during extracurricular activities.

This was the first time in my life that I gave a talk at school. I am honored to participate in this lecture with my partner PTPS Badminton Daerah Bera Cikgu Ikhlas to the badminton school teachers of SJK (C) Triang 2 and SJK (C) Kerayong✨ and also thank Cikgu Ikhlas for helping me to add what I missed.

In this talk, the knowledge of Cikgu Ikhlas and I can be conveyed to the teachers of the two school teams, and I hope to help the teachers of the two Chinese primary schools, so that they can play and teach the school teams in the extracurricular activities of the school. I hope the teachers can bring out the best results for the badminton school team and win glory for the school.🥰

Finally, I would like to thank the principal of SJK (C) Kerayong, Lim Jie Hui, for the gift, the Education Bureau for giving me a cert, and the teachers of the two primary schools for taking the time to attend this event. Thank you so much🥳!

这三天的任务顺利完成啦！已经有几年没带球员到彭亨羽总选拔赛了，因为疫情的关系，这轮也是我们疫情过后的第一个全彭18岁选拔赛💪

我的学院有2位男球员和2位女球员参与，他们都是通过羽总教练而被选中去选拔的✨。由于我学院有两位女球员都是17岁不能参与这个女子18岁以下选拔赛，因为学业方面问题，要准备即将来临的考试，所以只好把位子让给一位14岁女球员和一位15岁女球员去见识和体验🥳这也是她们第一次参加全彭选拔赛哦，真佩服这两位女球员，她们都拿出她们的勇气，在每一场都拼完全力，拼到底就是💪

男生方面呢有一位18岁球员和一位16岁球员都打得很不错，该位16岁球员在小组赛中对上一位来自kl的对手，都发挥得不错💪也感谢彭亨羽总给予的机会。除了选拔，这四位球员在没选拔时间之下也有到KYK学院训练和交流。

四位球员打球都很不错，他们有礼貌、有品质、纪律，懂得感恩🙇通过他们的努力和勤劳练习，陈教练都免费教他们四位打球，晚上还请他们吃丰富的晚餐。在这里真的很感谢KYK这两位陈教练亲自下手用心栽培我这四位球员，感恩你们🙏🏻
在这三天里，这四位球员行程是有点累，经过选拔赛、训练、交流和娱乐，他们都学习到很多东西，都有所成长，接下来他们把所学到的球技和技巧，继续带回来努力地复习💪

不只是复习，我也会安排帮我带动学院的其他球员们一起努力地训练，一起为接下来的选拔赛或比赛奋斗，一起加油，重新出发！
最后我要感谢彭亨羽总的教练及老师对我球员们的鼓励和教导，另外我也要感谢KYK陈教练，他们不只是对我好，也对我球员很好，太疼我们了。🥰

The three-day task has been successfully completed! It has been several years since I brought players to the Pahang Badminton selection. Because of the Covid, this round is also our first Pahang selection for 18-year-old trials after the pandemic.💪

There are 2 male players and 2 female players participating in my academy, and they were all selected through the head coach.✨ Since there are two female players in my academy who are both 17 years old and cannot participate in the women's under-18 trials, due to academic problems, which they have to prepare for the upcoming exam, so they had to give up their seats to a 14-year-old female player and a 15-year-old female player. The female players went to see and experience.🥳 This is also their first time to participate in the Pahang trials. I really admire these two female players. They showed their courage and worked hard in every game.

As for the boys, there is an 18-year-old player and a 16-year-old player who played very well. The 16-year-old player played well against the previous opponent from KL in the group stage. I also thank the Pahang Badminton Association for the opportunity.🙇 In addition to the selection, these four players also went to the KYK Academy for training before the selection time.

The four players play very well. They are polite, quality, disciplined and grateful🙇 Through their hard work, the coach taught the four of them to play for free, and invited them to a rich dinner in the evening. I'm really grateful to the two coaches from KYK Academy, for cultivating my four players personally, thank you.🙏🏻
During these three days, the four players’ journey was a bit tiring. After trials, training, exchanges and entertainment, they all learned a lot and grew up. Next, they continued to bring the skills they learned. Come back and study hard 💪

Not only for training, I will also arrange to help me drive other players in the academy to train hard together, work hard for the next tryouts or competitions, work hard together, and start over again!
Finally, I would like to thank the coaches and teachers of the Pahang Badminton General Manager for their encouragement and guidance to my players. In addition, I would also like to thank the coach from KYK Academy. They are not only good to me, but also to my players. They love us so much!🥰

今天非常荣幸能够和外国选手搭档打球，他们两位都来自越南，今天一下飞机再休息一阵子✈️，就和我们到球馆打球交流了。

很高兴认识了他们两位，谢谢Tu le和我搭档打混双，也谢谢Duc thien 带我打了双打，两人都搭档得不错😄最后祝福他们两位在这个星期六的比赛能获得最佳的成绩哦🥳！

Hôm nay tôi rất vinh dự được thi đấu với các tuyển thủ nước ngoài, cả hai đều đến từ Việt Nam, sau khi xuống máy bay và nghỉ ngơi một lúc✈️, chúng tôi đã ra sân thi đấu và giao lưu với chúng tôi.

Rất vui được gặp hai người. Cảm ơn Tú le và mình đã chơi đôi nam nữ Cảm ơn bạn Đức đã dẫn mình đi đánh đôi. .Kết quả 🥳!
