Long River Sports, Sungai Long is looking for a full-time Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of the largest badminton centres in the area.

📍 Location: Sungai Long, Kajang
🕒 Full Time
💰 Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives

Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily operations of the badminton centre
✅ Supervise front desk and cleaning staff
✅ Handle customer enquiries and complaints
✅ Coordinate court bookings, hosts, coaches and events
✅ Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance
✅ Assist with marketing, tournaments and community activities
✅ Monitor sales, expenses and operational performance
✅ Report directly to management

Requirements:
✔ Responsible and able to work independently
✔ Good communication and people management skills
✔ Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, booking systems)
✔ Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality or event management is an advantage
✔ Passion for badminton is a bonus

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and take ownership of operations, not just someone looking for a routine job.
