Our athletes gave their all on the mat, representing RL Taekwon-Do Academy with discipline, respect, and the true spirit of Taekwon-Do.

【⭐跆拳道的魅力⭐】

教练常说：
“我们不能欺负别人，但也不能被别人欺负。”
“如果被欺负了，绝对不能还手，只能防卫。”

我听进去了，但那天没忍住…还手了，而且还还太多手。结果，就被人说成是“打架”。😢

隔天去到跆拳道馆训练时，教练叫了三个比我高大的黑带前辈站在我面前，让我跟他们对打！

那一刻，我才真的明白：
👉 跆拳道是为了成就更好的自己
防卫术：提升自我保护的能力
锻炼：增强体魄，提升灵活度
自律：学会控制情绪，懂得自我约束
自信：勇敢面对挑战，不再畏惧社会
