Accountability is one of the utmost traits most trainers should always have. Your clients should not be led astray from their fitness journey. Always make plans. Programs. Setting up goals, achievements or just making sure they progress from time to time. Watch over every step clients make. Not just train them in the gym, then ghost them out right after.

Your Body, Your Choice.

Health problems are like a ticking timebomb. Some may be extra healthy and fit but still exploded with various problems, and some drinks and smokes but has their timebomb not activated due to genetics or just pure luck.

Nevertheless, we can take control and do what it takes to make reduce the chances of it exploding. Health problems are the least anyone wants to have 🤞

Not many would go through such lengths to retain great strength and health at such age. It’s just rare.

Yes, many would just take a brisk walk but not many would understand how strength training affects EVERYTHING else inclusive of that brisk walk 🙏

What’s most important for the elderly is strength training. Never ever remove that. Adding on a high protein intake with daily movements / walking, you’ll get a 70+ years old person turning into a 17 years old in no time 💪

My client Mary just turned 76 today with 8 years of training together and still going strong 💪🥳

One of the reasons why I love doing what I do. Training and helping people to be in their strongest version of themselves as they grow older (in a way getting younger internally 😎)

Fractured her ankle last 3 months but here she is still showing up every single week to improve her ankle and to get back her strength and condition to its peak 🙌🏻
