This isn’t something achieved alone, but with my team who make this journey special. Grateful to be in a position to inspire, make an impact, and lead the change. Looking forward to what more we can do together! 🇵🇭❤️

Huge congratulations to Coach Wee Wern Low!

We are beyond proud to share that she has been named Development Coach of the Year by the Asian Squash Federation!

Her passion, dedication, and tireless work in growing squash in the Philippines have touched so many athletes and built a strong squash family. She doesn’t just coach — she inspires, mentors, and leads by example every single day.

From all of us at the Philippine Squash Academy, thank you for believing in us and for helping us become better on and off the court. 🙌

Happy Chinese New Year 2026 from our team to yours! Didn’t make it home to Penang but the players brought Chinese New Year to the courts instead 😍🇵🇭

SEA Games 2025 — the final tournament to wrap up the year! We came home with 2 silver and 2 bronze medals! 🥈🥈🥉🥉

The fight they showed, the way they stood by one another in every match, and the belief they carried throughout the week was special. They competed with heart, unity, and courage, lifting each other through every match.

A powerful way to close out the year, with a team I am proud to lead — and we move into 2026 hungry, focused, and excited for what’s ahead. 💪🇵🇭

The power of squash 🙌🇵🇭

Squash in the Philippines has seen a major change for the future, with the sport providing children with a safe space to play squash, eat meals, and, for some, a space to sleep.

Over the past 18 months, the Philippines Squash Academy has been able to oversee improvements on and off the courts for the next generation of squash players 👏

High performance will always matter, but what’s just as important is investing in the next generation — the ones who will carry the sport forward.

Every kid deserves the chance to dream, to grow, and to shine, not just as athletes but as individuals who carry integrity, humility, and drive.

I am proud of these kids and how far they’ve come. Their passion, discipline, and joy remind me why I love what I do ❤️
The future of Philippine squash is in good hands 🇵🇭🔥

My second SEA Cup with the team — and what a week it was! We’re coming home with 5 medals! 🥇🥇🥈🥈🥉 But more than the medals, I’m proud of the team spirit shown throughout the week.

They pushed each other, supported one another, and showed what it means to grow not just as athletes, but as teammates.

It’ll be a birthday to remember, as the team took us to the finals on the very same day! 🎂💪

Grateful for the memories, the fight, and the bond we’re building. Onwards and upwards, team! 🇵🇭💪

Busy few weeks on the road—traveling with different players to Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea. We had a mix of results—some great wins and some tough losses—but what stood out most was the way the players supported each other. Regardless of age or event, they showed up for one another, competed with heart, and grew stronger as a team. 🇵🇭

It was a pleasant surprise to receive an ASF Coaches Certificate of Recognition over the weekend in Korea—something I wasn’t quite expecting this early in my coaching journey, but definitely grateful for. We keep going! 💪 ❤️

Incredibly proud of this young team and their performance at the 3rd SEAJIC 2025. We traveled with 8 players and came home with 1 gold, 2 silvers, and 2 bronzes — a huge step forward from last year when I first traveled with the team. Their performances were full of determination, grit, and heart.

What a debut it was for young Ashton—his first flight, first tournament ever, and he delivered the gold. You couldn’t script it better. 😊

The future is looking bright for Philippine Squash 🇵🇭💪

Chiangmai Cup - This time last year was my first ever trip with the team. One year on, the bond is stronger—we’ve grown together through hard work and laughter, on good days and tough ones. It’s all part of the journey, and I believe we’re heading in the right direction. I’m proud of this team and special mention to the boys for bringing home the title! As promised, we had our team victory meal at McDonald’s after a tough week! 😅 We keep going! 💪🇵🇭

Grateful to celebrate one year leading Philippine Squash. Taking this leap of faith, not knowing what to expect, has turned into an incredibly rewarding journey—watching these players grow not just as athletes, but as individuals with strong values, principles, and resilience.

We’ve hit some new milestones along the way this past year, and I can’t wait to see what we will achieve together in the year ahead!

Didn’t see today’s surprise coming, but truly thankful for the people who make this experience special. Here’s to another year of building, learning, pushing limits, and moving forward as a team! 💪🇵🇭❤️
