What is a Trikke? Trikke three-wheeled cambering vehicles are human powered machines that utilize Trikke Tech’s patented 3CV technology to allow a rider to propel forward without ever touching the ground. The elegantly simple construction provides a stable 3-point platform that leans into the turn with the rider while all three wheels remain in contact with the ground. A rider may reach speeds of up to 18 mph on flat ground, ride 50 miles in one day, and climb the steepest of hills (with practice!). Where to buy Trikke or test ride? For all new trikke owners, few tips to remember:
1) Go forward. no reverse.
2) Downhill. control speed and watch your surrounding for cars and trees
3) Uphill. only do it after coaching by our certified coach.
4) Maintenance. keep the trikke dry, the wheels at optimum pressure 80 psi.
5) Step up and down by holding on the brakes.
6) Riding. Always keep your body momentum in the same direction of the front wheel. be one with the trikke. changing direction suddenly can make you lose control.
7) Rain or wet floor. Avoid riding on wet floor or pavement at all times.
