When you have a dope partner it makes everything so much better! They hold you accountable, keep you grounded and remind you that you’re not alone on this magical spinning rock 🌎. PS. Sometimes you’ve just got to get your hands and yogi toes 👣 dirty. One of the many reasons I love yoga is because it’s not perfect, it’s sloppy, it’s messy, it’s wild, it’s challenging and it can be extremely frustrating, yet it’s a process that has all of the potential to transform into something so beautiful. It reminds me a bit of my life sometimes, yes can be a giant mess for sure, but there is so much to be grateful for right now and so much potential to flourish into something bigger and more fabulous! Sky is truly the limit. I have learned so much about myself and the world 🌍 through my yoga practice and teaching, and look forward to what lies ahead ✨

Skip your coffee this morning and replace it with a strong bow pose aka dhanurasana! This pose is like immediate clean ENERGY, you literally feel locked, loaded & ready to 🔥 like an archer’s bow. Laying flat on your belly, reach for your ankles, flex those toes, press your ankles to your hands & lift your heart and thighs off the mat.
