We are a PADI IDC Center in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, run by Platinum Course Directors Angel Navarro (from Spain) and Jo Armitage (from the UK), and our team of pros. We offer professional-level scuba training as well as technical, cave diving and freediving. We have new training facilities with pool, classrooms and on-site guest accommodation.

Introducing our AWARE Dive Against Debris Specialty Course 🌎🫶 Do you want to make a difference on every dive but don’t know where to start? Through underwater cleanups and debris data collection, divers can make a positive difference. In our Specialty Course you’ll learn to complete AWARE Dive Against Debris surveys and help keep your dive sites healthier by removing trash.

PADI AWARE’s Dive Against Debris is a program where scuba divers remove and report marine debris that they find on the sea floor. This data forms part of the world’s largest citizen science database and provides valuable information about underwater debris which helps effect change on a local and global scale.

Whether she’s teaching scuba or freediving, Jo is all about keeping things simple, clear, and calm so students can really understand what they’re doing (and enjoy the process too).
