Hi, my friend I hope you are doing great!
This follow along workout will help you to build your CHEST, SHOULDERS,BACK, ABS AND MUCH MORE but make sure you do it more than one. At same time will improve your cardio and upper body strength.
You will definitely sweat and BURN fat during those intense 10 minutes, upper body dumbbell workout. but that's ok is just part of the process . DONT QUIT.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you can not follow me during the video, feel free to pause the video anytime ( its fine!). Is not a problem if you are a beginner at training or if you never train before. Keep it as your upper body routine so you can come back and do it anytime you want.
