Most people fail not because they aren’t talented or skilled; it’s because they don’t know how to play their role, they don’t know the importance of being apart of a team. In a team everyone has their role and each role is important, everyone must be sharp, everyone must be on their A game, and everyone must understand the mission. This camp is filled with team players who know how to win, who know how to stay focused on the mission, and who’s ready to prove a point.
