Today we’re playing a little 5/10/25 NL HoldEm. Friendly game. Just a couple hundred thousand dollars on the table. Nothing serious! 😂

Thank you for the , support and words of encouragement! It has been nothing less than an honor and privilege to make it this far. Everything beyond this is a grueling grind, and all I can hope for is to make it out on the other side! But regardless what happens, I’m leaving stronger, better and even more than I was when I arrived here.

What an AWESOME experience it was to play Day 1B of the Main Event at the today! Absolutely surreal, and I’m still processing all of the emotions that resulted from a multitude of magical moments. I met and played with some incredible personalities, and left the event with two of my friends who also made it through! .oh

THANK YOU to those of you who supported me online, via social media and texts. There are honestly no words to describe the feelings I experienced, but please be assured I am deeply for the love!

As of this post, my chip count has not been updated, but it looks like I’ll be heading into Day 2 (Friday) in the top 30 (2090 players entered so far).

I don’t know what the rest of this tournament will hold for me, but I’m just so humbled and thrilled for the opportunity to be here.

Everything in my life today is different than it was or what I ever imagined it to be. It has been a tremendous journey, filled with joy, challenges, failure and success. I have loved deeply, and I survived an abyss of profound grief with the loss of my husband of almost 20 years.

I never dreamed I would find and fall in love again, be loved again, and get married again. I couldn’t even conceive I would be playing high stakes cash poker games, nor did I expect to have the opportunities and friendships I have been blessed with today.

Everything is different, and I hope to continue to embrace this path with grace, kindness and dignity.

For those of you who have supported me, my son, my marriage and my journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel so grateful to have the chance to be exactly who I am!
