🎙️ There is absolutely zero way that Kevin de Bruyne had a better 2021 than Romelu Lukaku, Erling Haaland, Nicolo Barella or Rúben Dias. These "awards" have always been and will continue to be nothing more than a publicity contest.

In truth, De Bruyne has not even had a better 2021 than Michail Antonio or Dusan Vlahovic. I suppose reputation weighs more than performances with the Ballon D'Or.
