There is a large, enclosed garden with a jungle gym, Wendy House and sandpit for the children. Birthday parties are regularly held there. Craft Markets, Art Exhibitions, Fun Days are

regularly held throughout the year. Offices on the ground and first floor are occupied by both Mauritian and International Companies. The office for Matala Integrated Resort Scheme can be found there.
