Here is our updated weekly group session schedule 👆🏻
*new group session*
We added two dedicated Flow Yoga sessions to the schedule, Thursdays at 12:30pm and Sundays at 10:15am!
Monday through Friday, weekday training runs from 5:45am through to evening sessions, so whether you’re an early riser or someone who needs to decompress after a long day, there’s a slot for you.
Strong, Hybrid, Beat, Perform, Base and Arena are all on the schedule, each programmed to get your stronger each week.
Saturdays bring Strong at 7:30am, Hybrid at 9:00am, and Flow Pilates at 10:15am and 11:30am, a morning that gives you options no matter how you want to train.
Sundays were open too.
Arena at 8:30am, Flow Yoga at 10:15am, the perfect way to close out the week with intention.
