They show you how far you’ve travelled. 🤍
Coming back to Austria after so many years, to places once lived as completely different versions of ourselves; different dreams, different lives, different eyes.
Christa and I met in Paris when I was 21. Today I’m 53.
More than three decades of friendship through countries, seasons, changes, joy, loss, distance and new beginnings. Somehow, the thread has always remained.
Once, we came here as two.
This time, we came back as four. ❤️
And perhaps that was the most beautiful part: bringing an old, precious piece of my life into the life I have today.
A few days of mountains, forests, laughter, yoga wherever I could find a place to move 😄, children, memories and new memories being made.
Same friendship.
Same mountains.
Completely different versions of us.
And so much gratitude for everything in between. 🇦🇹🤍
