The reason I work hard to keep my prices accessible isn't because I don't know my worth or how good these sessions are. It is because I want Pilates to be truly affordable for everyone.
Life is expensive enough as it is, and health shouldn't be an exclusive luxury. I would much rather see someone have the freedom to invest in themselves 3 times a week to see real, life-changing progress, instead of only being able to stretch their budget for a single class.
Movement and strength belong to everybody.

Somewhere along the way Pilates got a rebrand.
And apparently the requirements became:
$180 matching set.
$9 iced matcha.
Perfectly slicked bun.
Studio that looks like a Scandinavian furniture showroom.
Cute? Absolutely.
Required? Absolutely fu***ng not.
Pilates is a METHOD.
The magic isn’t in the aesthetic.
It’s in learning control.
Building strength.
Understanding your body.
Connecting exercises.
Moving better.
You can love the cute s**t AND remember that none of it determines whether you belong in the room.
Pilates doesn’t need exclusivity to be valuable.
It was already valuable.
