📢 The NCPE developed an Equal Pay Tool to help organisations check equal pay for work of equal value between women and men to further safeguard gender equality at the workplace.

➡Equal pay for work of equal value covers not only cases where men and women do the same or similar work, but also where they do different work of same value.

➡Equality Mark certified organisations, employing at least 50 persons, are eligible to apply free of charge for the Equal Pay Certification and to make use of the Equal Pay Tool.

📢 L-NCPE żviluppat l-Equal Pay Tool biex tgħin lill-organizzazzjonijiet jiċċekkjaw paga ugwali għal xogħol ta’ valur ugwali bejn in-nisa u l-irġiel fuq il-post tax-xogħol.

➡Paga ugwali għal xogħol ta’ valur ugwali ma tkoprix biss każijiet fejn in-nisa u l-irġiel jagħmlu l-istess xogħol, jew xogħol simili, iżda wkoll meta jagħmlu xogħol differenti tal-istess valur.

➡Organizzazzjonijiet ċċertifikati bil-Marka tal-Ugwaljanza, li jimpjegaw mill-inqas 50 persuna, huma eliġibbli biex japplikaw għaċ-Ċertifikazzjoni ta' Paga Indaqs u jagħmlu użu mill-Equal Pay Tool.
