溫馨提示：
Registration desk and Start Point: Hac-Sa Reservoir Country Park
檢錄處及集合地點：路環黑沙水庫郊野公園

All participants should keep a social distance of 1 metre.
所有參加者應保持1米的社交距離。
All participants are required to put on the face masks before and after the event, face masks can only be taken off when competing.
所有參加者於活動前後需配帶口罩，起步後才能脫下口罩。
Only Macau Health green QR codes holders with body temperature below 37.2°C are allowed to participate and enter the venue.
進入活動場地的所有人士需提交【澳門健康碼】及接受量度體溫，只有體溫在36°C以上及37.2°C以下的綠色QR碼（入境許可）人士才能參與。
Anyone who is not feeling well should not come to the event and should seek for medical assistance immediately.
如任何人士感到不適，不應到場，並應立即求醫。

Everyone should follow the epidemic measures strictly, people without wearing face mask is prohibited to enter the venue and is not allowed to stay in the event.
整個活動期間，所有人士都必須戴口罩。
