With help from 28 sponsors who donated over £900 through GoFundMe, positive impact was made. To test the concept, a session was ran on Thursday July 9th. Three courageous aspiring surfers joined this trial, and enjoyed an evening with lovely waves in beautiful Polzeath. During the drive back they were invited to reflect and write down what the ocean had given them that evening 🌊🏄🏼☀️

Thanks to George’s Surf School | Private Surf Coaching | Cornwall who co-hosted this session and provided boards! 🤙

Reposting the first social media outing of my participation to the ROADFORD LAKE TRIATHLON 🏊🏼‍♂️ 🚴 🏃🏼 and the FUNDRAISER. The good cause benefiting from this fundraiser is to setup social enterprise SACKED CIC, and help people who lost their job, or who are plotting new paths in life with sponsored surf lessons 🙏🏄🏼🏄🏼

Waiting for the set to start, not a set of waves, but the music set from diskjockey Olivier Weiter which is playing while I’m writing this. Being a liberated artist, and someone who’s embraced the dark side (‘the night’) in life, I can appreciate his style. In riding bigger waves there’s a dark side too..
