🥋 ¿Qué es el poomsae en taekwondo?

El poomsae es una secuencia de movimientos (técnicas de defensa y ataque) que se realizan de forma ordenada contra oponentes imaginarios.

👉 Es como una “coreografía”, pero con un propósito marcial real.

🔥 ¿En qué consiste?

✔️ Combina:
• Bloqueos 🛡️
• Golpes ✊
• Patadas 🦶
• Desplazamientos

✔️ Cada movimiento tiene:
• Dirección específica
• Técnica definida
• Intención de combate

✔️ Se ejecuta con:
• Precisión
• Fuerza
• Ritmo
