🌞 A New Beginning in Flow
Here it is – my very first post on Fire Up Your Flow Retreats & Inspiration - the english version :-)
A blank screen, a blinking cursor… and so many stories waiting to be shared.
I’m Bettina – mentor, retreat host, and guide for women who long for more flow trust, and connection.
I live on Domaine el Nour, a sanctuary of well-being in the countryside near Essaouira, Morocco – together with a colorful family of animals, my loving co-therapists 🐴🐕🐈🐓, who remind me every day of what truly matters: to be present, to trust, to flow.
Why this space?
Because I believe we all need more flow in our lives – more inner peace, more trust in life itself, and more of those small, shining moments that make us feel alive. ✨
Here, I’ll be sharing reflections, rituals, and inspiration about flow – about transformation, trust, and the art of dancing with life.
