As part of a Master’s thesis in Sports Economics and Management, I am studying how surfing and yoga contribute to the attractiveness of the northern coastline of Agadir.

Your experience matters and will help better understand tourism, sport, and wellness in Anza, Tamraght, and Taghazout.

Dear yoga enthusiasts,

I am so excited to see you in my upcoming yoga class of asanas. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this class is designed to help you deepen your understanding and experience of the asanas.

During the class, we will focus on refining alignment, building strength, flexibility and other physical qualities, in addition to that cultivating mindfulness through the practice of various yoga postures. I will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure that you get the most out of your practice.

The class will take place at [Elite Club Spa Agadir] on [Friday 20h00 ]. Please bring your own mat and any props you may need if you have. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore your body and mind through the practice of yoga.

I look forward to sharing my experience with you and building a supportive community of yogis.
