Kangatraining edition 😊

Getting through repeaters 💪🏻

If you have never come to a Kangatraining class, this is our last hurrah exercise and it brings the good burn 🔥

As we are all at different postpartum journey's, this exercise caters to everyone. But the pride and sense of accomplishment when you get through the full set is amazing 🤩

That is, until your baby grows and it's harder again 🤣

Kangatraining edition 😊

Are you living it? Do you remember those early postpartum days? Or all the leaps, growth spurts, teething and generally hard days of motherhood?

When summoning the energy to do anything but survive is hard to come by.

But when you do get out with your baby, it's so worthwhile and there's an element of pride.

And you should be proud, mothering is exhausting and all consuming so take joy in the moments where you can!
