💕 I’ve been practicing Menstrual Cycle Awareness for a couple of years now and I love to explore how the different form of slow mindful movement I practice and teach can support us in many different ways.

💕 My purpose as a teacher is to give you tools, empowering you to connect with your body and to choose what best support you in each phase of the cycle, in each season, in each circumstance of your life.
