🍑 COLOMBIA PEACH MEMORY 🇨🇴
Santa Monica Farm, Quindío — visited by the Rocket Bean team last year.
We met producer Jairo Arcila, walked the farm, and immediately got hit by something we will never forget: PEACH 🍑🍑🍑
Not subtle, not background — a full, intense aroma everywhere around us. If only we could bottle that smell and bring it back with us.
Pink Bourbon co-fermented with peaches and wine yeast, grown at 1450–1500 m in Colombia’s Coffee Axis.
Standing there, it was hard to believe how naturally fruity the environment felt — like the farm itself was expressing the coffee before we even tasted it.
