On June 7, 2025, the Härenekipp 1986 asbl from Mamer held its 10th international veterans’ football tournament. Twelve teams from five countries were divided into two groups, each facing in the group stage all five opponents.

After six hours of exceptional play, the tournament winner was Concordia Eschersheim (Germany)! They won the final on penalties against SNK Djezelem (Croatia). Third place went to SG Grün Weiss Bornheim (Germany), who also won on penalties against FC Koplescht 33 (Luxembourg).

As the tournament was very evenly matched, the organisers decided to award the fourth place trophy to all other teams:

Beiwen/Attert (Luxembourg)
Aix en Provence (France)

FC Alfredonia Offenbach (Germany)

All participants praised the excellent organisation of the hosts, made possible thanks to a large number of volunteers, and we extend our sincere thanks to them.
