It's always going to be you vs you. We over doubt, we overthink, and we don't know we can overcome. When I'm passionate about something I put 100% into it. I push myself hard because I know what I'm capable of doing. I'm also very hard on myself , maybe to hard, but that's ok. No matter what you do, give it your all and the reward will be great

This is the 12 to 1 single kettlebell workout I got from the kettlebell king keith weber on youtube. This is an endurance workout I do after my weight workout. Endurance is good after hypertrophy. I use a 40, but I prefer you start with a 20 and move up, this is before my ender I posted the other day. A great endurance workout. I'll post the double kettlebell 12 to 1 (totally different and more brutal) next week.
