Moving Forms · A Reformer Dance Experience ✨

Join Melina for a special 2-hour workshop blending Reformer Pilates, dance-inspired movement, flow, and musicality.

You’ll move through guided sequences that connect precision with rhythm — building body awareness, control, and a more expressive way of moving on the reformer.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to explore movement differently: a little more creative, a little more fluid, and still deeply connected to Pilates technique.

About Melina
Originally from Greece, Melina brings her background as a dancer and performer into the studio. She still performs on stage today, and her experience in dance deeply shapes the way she teaches movement — with precision, rhythm, creativity, and awareness.

Through Pilates and Barre, she found a way to support her body, build strength, prevent injuries, and move with even more control. Today, she teaches Reformer and Barre at rise, bringing so much energy, artistry, and intention into every class.

Join us for a cozy, creative afternoon at rise × Knopes, in collaboration with Luxera Atelier.
We’ll start with a 45-minute Reformer Pilates class led by — made to energize your body, lift your mood, and leave you feeling good.
After class, Jess from will guide you through painting your very own ceramic mug, right in the studio. And while you create, you’ll enjoy a specialty coffee, latte, or matcha from ☕️
Come with a friend, or come on your own and meet someone new.

At rise, you’ll see people from all backgrounds in class. Women, men, runners, lifters, desk workers, beginners, experienced movers… and yes, plenty of men already come to practice with us — so you won’t be the only one.
Pilates and Barre are simply ways to help your body move better.
To build strength where you need support, improve mobility, and feel more comfortable in everyday movement.
Every gender is welcome. Every age. Every body.
We also offer classes designed for specific needs, like Back Care Pilates and Pilates for Longevity (55+), for those who prefer a slower, more supportive pace.
