Vilnius Regional Session 2013

Vilnius Regional Session 2013 The Vilnius Regional Session of EYP Belarus will take place, as in previous years, in Vilnius, Lithuania. There is no participation fee for officials.

The Vilnius RS will gather around 80 delegates from Belarus and Lithuania who will discuss and debate highly topical issues under the session motto: “Shaping the future – Remembering the past”. The session will gather around 80 delegates from Belarus and Lithuania who will discuss and debate highly topical issues linked to the session theme “Shaping the future – Remembering the past”. An intense 4

-day programme will consist of a full day of Teambuilding, 2 days of Committee Work followed by one-day of General Assembly. The Session will be presided by experienced EYP alumnus Mr. Dmytro Honcharenko from Ukraine who will soon be looking for the Officials’ Team. We are glad to now open the call for 2 Vice-presidents and 8 chairpersons. Applications are to be submitted to [email protected] no later than January 8th 2013, 23.00 CET. Officials are asked to arrive on Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 before 13:00, in order to take part in the Officials’ Teambuilding and Chair’s training. However, travel costs to and from the session are at your own expense. Further information is going to be available on the official website of EYP Belarus (http://eypby.org/) as well as page of the event.
