Hiking trip to Albania 🇦🇱

September 19-27

Format: 9-days trip to Albania with a 4-days hiking in the mountains without tents.
Overnight stays:
2 nights in Tirana
2 nights in Shkodra
4 nights in mountain guest houses
Group: 6-10 people.
Meals: In Tirana and Shkodra in cafes and restaurants, in guest houses - breakfasts and dinners, lunches to take away.
Budget: 630-680 euros (depending on the number of people in the group).

We go again to one of my favourite destinations 😃 This is a mixed trip where you have the unique opportunity of visiting cities and historical places, with doing easy hikes through the mountain valleys of Theth and Valbona and other natural spots. Visiting this multicultural country with blue clear waters, amazing mountain views, great home food and kind people will be totally un-for-get-taaaable!

Love freedom of mountains, connecting with nature, and hiking with good company of like-minded people? Don't miss this announcement 😉

This year we prepare something new and really unforgettable! Both easy hiking with light backpacks, staying in guesthouses or hotels, or adventurous trekking with staying in tents under the sky in a small group of friends - you choose your format. The dates are still flexible and can be discussed inside the group, usually of 6-8 people. The budget will depend on the final quantity of the participants in groups.

Our last snow camp was soulful as usual. The mountains hugged us with the light clouds, covered with soft snowflakes, and kissed with joyful sunny rays 😌 They whispered to me that they'll be waiting for our coming back. Working in tourism for around last 6 years I was always wondering why people are still thinking that fooling tourists and taking more money for nothing will bring them higher incomes, than making good soulful service and making your customers happy. It happens often, unfortunately. But local people like this albanian woman from a small mountain village, who accepted us not like tourists or "walking wallets", but like her best friends, precious guests or even like members of her family... those people give me a hope, that still the simple kindness exists in this world despite fast money bullsh and all this stuff.

Thanks to all locals who make tourists feel better in your home countries. YOU ALL are making tourism alive, not scammers! Let's be respectful and grateful to the locals like this woman 🩵🇦🇱🫶🏼 Do you agree?
