We are incredibly proud of this achievement and happy to celebrate such an important milestone in her academic journey. Maisa is a true example of what it means to be a student-athlete — balancing the demands of professional basketball and higher education with dedication, discipline, and excellence.

Her inspiring thesis, “Balancing Hoops and Books: A Qualitative Analysis of Dual-Career Experiences Among Brazilian Women Student-Athletes,” reflects the same values that drive our organization every day.
