Grand Bassa County's protest against Bomi County in the National County Sports Meet has been dismissed after a hearing committee ruled that the protest was not filed within the required timeframe.

The committee stated that Grand Bassa failed to submit their protest before the designated deadline, leading to the dismissal of the case.

This ruling marks the end of the legal challenge, with Bomi County and Grand Bassa as the protest result has been shared with the Bassa Sports Association,BSA.

In Group D ( Robertsports) Nimba becomes the second county to qualify with (4 points) in the group of three after winning one (1) game and drawing (1) while in the same group D River Gee with one(1) point from one(1) game will go on to face Cape Mount with with zero(0) point from two(2) games in last game of their group stage.

Margibi County has filed a protest against Grand Kru County for featuring player Rachael Grayfield who's under suspension by her club United Angel KC based in Kakata.

As per the kickball rules, any player under suspension by the Liberia Kickball Federation (LKF) is not to be featured in the County Meet.

Margibi County's Sports Association Chairman, Tonny Walker , speaking in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County, said Margibi County has documents to prove the suspension of player Rachael Grayfield by her club.

However, Grand Kru County has denied all claims that the player is under suspension by her club, United Angel KC.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports has officially received the protest from Margibi County and protest hearing is set for Thursday, January 16, 2025 in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County.
