Gonna Luv Myself

The Thinking Man Bennie attempts another try at Music since he dropped Preservance , a song on which he seamlessly attempts to solidify his spot in the culture of Liberian Music. Gonna Luv Myself is the second known workout in studio for the Poetry Prodigy . Just as the name implies , on the nearly minute-long song , Bennie admits his scars after a heart thrusting intro . He would then go on an emotional outburst throughout the rest of the song , denouncing popular street philosophies while admitting his longing for his money . The soulful but lyrically rich song is a little bold testament of Bennie's pen power ! The one time Poet effortlessly blends clear poetry with Afrobeat on a song he truly hopes to tell his story while maintaining his identity.

Except few recognisable producer faults and not so elite studio quality , slight slip off beat in the last few minutes of the track , the song clearly could fit on his list of his best projects thus far .

Because my name 10-30, so y’all give me 10,000LD?” 😭💔

That was 10-30's joke… but behind that laugh was pain.

After killing the stage at one of the biggest sold-out shows in Liberia, guess what he received from Christoph The Change’s team (The Money Empire)? Just 10,000 Liberian Dollars. That’s it.

Let that sink in.

This is someone who gave his all. Sweat. Energy. Time. Talent. Yet when it was time to be appreciated they handed him something that barely covered his transport and costume.

It didn’t stop there.

During the performance, 10-30 hoped fans would throw something encouraging. So he started picking up the money from the stage floor. All of it combined? 300LD.
Yes, 300 Liberian Dollars. That’s not even a plate of dry rice in town.😔

This is the reality of so many young Liberian talents. They show up. They perform. They sacrifice. And still, they get played.

It’s not about the money… it’s about respect.
Respect for the hustle. Respect for the grind. Respect for someone who’s doing something positive with his gift.

We can’t keep treating our own like this.
Support shouldn’t come only when someone blow.

Big Brother Najai Should Be Stripped And Rated As A P**n Show

The current and past formats and concepts of The Big Brother Najai Reality Show are heavily borrowed from Big Brother Canada which in turn was copied from the Dutch Reality Show " Niks Te Gek ( Nothing Too Crazy )

The original Big Brother Reality Show was first aired in the Netherlands in 1999 . The inspiration came from a phrase from George Orwell's dystopian Novel " 1984 " . The exact words were ' Big Brother Is Watching You ' . The Orwell phrase symbolizes the government's surveillance and control . The first creator of The Brother Show John De Mol flipped the concept on its head , he revamped and rebranded thoughtfully George Orwell's political concept into an entertaining experiment where a group of contestants first popularly known as ' Houseguests but now called ' House Mates ' live together in a specially equipped house with cameras and microphones monitoring their every moves . The original concept was for housemates to compete throughout with daily eviction until a single person is left out as a winner for a Grand Prize .

The show became a household favorite in Amsterdam but even before it made it out of The Netherlands people became critical of its exposure of sexuality , lack of diversity, promotion of negative behavior and invasion of Privacy. The show primarily focuses on competitions , aggressions , and manipulation thereby creating unhealthy attitudes towards relationship and conflict resolution.

Outside the Netherlands, The Big Brother Concept was copied and popularized by the United States in the 2000s where it became a monsterous hit though having to compete with the Kardashians Series . Canada soon copied their own version with Big Brother Canada. In Africa the South Africans were the first to make the Big Brother Reality Show a commercial success , thanks to DSTV . Of course the Nigerians soon copied with their version and concept ' Big Brother Najai ' .

Even pathetic little Liberia Copied with their so-called Big Brabie Liberia that as popularly expected never lasted beyond two seasons.

The problem with Big Brother Najai and every other Big Brother Show is that these shows insult the concept of decent society and bring nudity closer than P**nhubs . This is the pinnacle of moral decadence with nothing upright to learn or teach . The Nigerian concept of Big Brother is morally rotten and explicit , it is solely based on less behavioral outputs and more on physique and nudity . If you watch the BBN pool party , like me you will realize that this nonsense is a moral fever , and an extension of Nollyporn .

About Amos Momo Ngumbu Jr.

Born on March 21, 2002 at Benson Hospital in Outland, Paynesville, Liberia, Amos grew up showing curiosity and academic passion from a young age. He started primary school at Martin Luther King Jr Senior High at just four. Later, at age 15, he transferred to Salvation Army William Booth High School, where he gained distinction as a member of the quizzing team, building confidence and public speaking skills early on. He earned his high school diploma in 2018 from that school.

📚 Academic Background

In August 2019, Amos entered the University of Liberia and enrolled in Chemistry with a focus on industrial chemistry.

He also passed the entrance exam at STARZ University, where he pursued studies in Information Technology with a focus on system administration.

Amos complete his bachelor’s degrees in both industrial chemistry at the University of Liberia and in information technology at STARZ University.
