Update from Konobo Sub-committee LFA

Guys please join us to appreciate these two gentlemen for their significant denotion to the Telway invisible FC for bringing proud to konobo district on the map in the on going national 3rd division league county play off in the Lfa Grand Gedeh Sub-association as they await the final comes Sunday.

Mr. Prince N Sohn denoted 2,000 LD and his brothers Alvin N. Waylee and CY gave him 1,000 LD totalling 3,000 LD from his end.

Mr. James Treahaso Doe denoted 50 USD

We are also calling on all our konobo people to support this team as she will be representing Grand Gedeh in the up coming national play off small small to be called 2nd division in konobo by his grace.

He is a coach with record, he is the first coach to take a club team of Lfa Konobo to the semifinal of the National 3rd division league county play off in the history of konobo District.

The Liberia Football Association (LFA) proudly congratulates two of its dedicated staff members on the successful completion of the West African Football Union (WAFU A) Competitions Management Workshop, held in Freetown, Sierra Leone, from April 20–22, 2026.

Borris Weah, Competitions Officer, and Mercy P. Fassah, Competitions and Club Licensing Officer, were among 17 participants from across the WAFU A Member Associations who engaged in the three-day capacity-building program.

The workshop was designed to enhance the competitive management skills of regional officials, equipping them with the vital expertise required to uphold global standards and deliver professional, high-caliber tournaments across West Africa.

The LFA extends its sincere gratitude to WAFU Zone A for this invaluable initiative and for its continued partnership in elevating the standards of football administration in the region.

LFA remains committed to investing in its human capital, ensuring that its team members are prepared to lead with excellence and drive the sustainable development of Liberian football.
