Dear Sons and Daughters of Doe Community,

On behalf of the One Doe Community Homecoming Festival Steering Committee, I extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who graced this year’s Homecoming. Your presence and generous support made the event a memorable celebration of our community’s heritage and togetherness.

We are especially grateful to our partner Orange Liberia; H.E. George M. Weah’s proxy, Hon. Kerkula Muka Kamara; Hon. Garrison Yealue; Hon. Emmanuel K. Barnes; Hon. James Hinneh; Mr. Cyrus Williams; Mr. Dosii Toto; and many others whose support made this initiative possible.

Special thanks to the Sports Committee, Mobilization Committee, and Entertainment Committee for their tireless work before, during, and after the festival, which kept operations running smoothly.

We also thank our artists for sharing inspiring music, dance, and stories, and our vendors and partners for enriching the festival experience.

The success of the Doe Community Homecoming Festival reflects the strength of our community bonds and our shared commitment to celebrating local culture.

Who’s Coming Home?

The spirit of unity, service, and community pride continues to grow as preparations intensify for the Doe Community Homecoming Festival 2026.

Among the distinguished sons participating in the Homecoming is Melvin D. Brown, a passionate community advocate and dedicated political organizer whose journey has always remained deeply connected to Doe Community.

Melvin D. Brown is widely recognized as the former Youth Leader of CDC District 14, a mass-based political institution and former ruling party that played a significant role in shaping national leadership and grassroots participation. Throughout his years of service, he became known for his energetic leadership, commitment to young people, and unwavering dedication to community empowerment.

Currently residing on Jonah Island, one of the vibrant sub-communities within Doe Community, Melvin continues to remain actively engaged in grassroots development and political coordination. He now serves as the Coordinator for CDC District #14, Montserrado County, where he continues to mobilize communities, encourage civic participation, and inspire young leaders to remain involved in positive community transformation.

For Melvin, home has never been just a place it is an identity, a responsibility, and a source of pride. His acceptance to participate in the Doe Community Homecoming Festival 2026 reflects his continued commitment to reconnecting with the people and places that shaped his journey.

As the festival brings together sons and daughters from near and far, Melvin’s participation symbolizes the importance of unity, remembrance, and giving back to the community that raised us.

Who’s Coming Home?

Welcoming Home Mr. James L. Hinneh, Jr. Who has confirmed to participate in the One Doe community Homecoming festival 2026.

Mr. James L. Hinneh, Jr. is a professional Custom Broker with decades
of experiences in the business of clearing and forwarding and is
currently enrolled at the University of Liberia graduate school.

In 2010, he obtained a Bachelor of Public Administration degree with
emphasis in Management from the African Methodist Episcopal
University on camp Johnson road in Liberia.

In 2012, he attended
the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) and obtained an
advance certificate in Public Sector Management.

Mr. Hinneh, Jr. Was appointed by the President of the republic of
Liberia H.E Joseph N. Boakai as a member of the board of directors for
the National Por t Authority (NPA) in January and he’s currently serving
in said capacity and he is also the founder and CEO of Providence Clearing and
Forwarding services established since 2015.

He served as operational Manager for Faith Clearing and Forwarding
Agency; Manager Sunset Clearing and forwarding. He also served as
Treasurer for the National Customs Brokers Association of Liberia from
2015 to 2017.

He was elected in 2017 as Vice President, after two years in office
serving as Vice President he was selected based on constitutional
mandate to fill the position of the President who had travelled to the
USA in 2019.

He served as acting President from 2019 to 2021 and led the
Association to constitutional elections and was elected on a white
ballot as the President of the National Customs Brokers Association of Liberia.

He was re-elected in 2023 as President of the National Customs
Brokers Association of Liberia where he is currently serving.

Who’s Coming Home?

We are proud to welcome Myer M. Beteah Sr., who has officially confirmed his participation in the One Doe Community Homecoming Festival 2026.

Hon. Beteah Sr. formerly served as Deputy Managing Director of the National Transit Authority (NTA). He also served as President of Survivor Football Club, First Division, in Clara Town, and as Manager of F-Business Center, Clara Town.

In addition, he served as Zonal Head of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), Zone 2, Clara Town, and as Board Chair and Youth Organizer for the Promotion of Education and Good Values in Clara Town and the Veterans Bureau in Doe Community.

Hon. Beteah Sr. also served as Administrative Assistant to the late Regina Sokan-Teah, Representative of District #10, later changed to District #14, Montserrado County. He subsequently became Coordinator for District #14, Montserrado County, for the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC).

Currently, he serves as Chairman of the National Coordinating Council of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) and Vice Chair for Administration of the Montserrado County Congress for Democratic Change (CDC).

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from African Methodist Episcopal Zion University (AMEZU).

Who’s Coming Home?

We are pleased to welcome Josephus M. Flumo, who has officially confirmed his attendance at the One Doe Community Homecoming Festival 2026.

Mr. Flumo is the CEO of Ajuah Sports Bar, one of Doe Community’s renowned entertainment centers located along the MUKA Road in Doe Community.

A man with personality and developmental initiatives within Doe Community and has lived in the community for many years with a spirit of humility and service.

With a deep-rooted passion for entertainment, he has made significant contributions to the growth and promotion of many Liberian artists.

We sincerely appreciate your confirmed participation, Mr. Flumo.

Who’s coming Home?

David Quayae Nagbe is a dedicated Liberian public administration and procurement professional with growing experience in governance, supply chain management, and public sector administration. With academic training in Public Administration and practical expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, he has developed strong competencies in administrative coordination, organizational management, stakeholder engagement, and policy support within Liberia’s public service sector.

Currently serving as County Administrator in the Office of Senator Abraham Darius Dillon since August 2024, David has contributed to governmental operations, community engagement, and institutional administration, demonstrating a commitment to accountability, transparency, and effective public service delivery. His professional approach is characterized by discipline, leadership, and a strong passion for national development and institutional reform.

In addition to his administrative and governance background, David possesses a growing interest in legal studies and public law, with long-term ambitions of building professional careers in both International Maritime Law and Constitutional & Public Interest Law. He aspires to contribute to the advancement of maritime governance, international trade regulation, marine resource protection, and the strengthening of legal frameworks that promote safe and lawful maritime activities across Africa and the international community.

At the same time, David is equally passionate about Constitutional and Public Interest Law, with aspirations to advocate for justice, democratic governance, rule of law, human rights, and institutional accountability. His vision is to use legal knowledge and public service experience to support national development, strengthen democratic institutions, and contribute meaningfully to policy and legal reforms in Liberia and beyond.

David Quayae Nagbe continues to distinguish himself as an emerging professional dedicated to leadership, justice, governance, and global legal advancement, with aspirations to make meaningful contributions both within Liberia and on the international stage.
