Just a small details you need to know

Liberian First Division champions FC Fassell from July to August 29, 2025 have spent a total of $511,000 USD in preparations for their CAF Champions League preliminary round match against MC Algiers of Algeria, scheduled for Sept. 20, 2025.

The financial breakdown includes:

Accommodation, feeding, test matches, and delegate tours in Egypt: $160,000
Airfare and travel tickets: $78,000
Signings and transfers for 10 new players and 2 coaches: $273,000.

As per report from CAF, if FC Fassell qualify to the Champions League group stage, they will receive US$700,000 for preparation.

Note: US$20, 000 will or has been given to them for winning the Liberia Football Association 2024/2025 First Division Championship.

We Will play Simba SC of Tanzania in a friendly match on August 27.

📌 Update from Simba SC:

The much-anticipated jersey launch has been postponed from August 27 to August 31 as the club puts the final touches in place. The event is expected to be a massive one. 🔴⚪

Meanwhile, Simba have also confirmed two more friendlies in Egypt against Wadi Degla and Liberia’s FC Fassell before returning to Dar es Salaam.
