As we celebrate Flag Day, we are reminded of the deep meaning behind our national flag and the values it represents—unity, patriotism, courage, peace, and hope for a better Liberia.

Let us use this Flag Day celebration to strengthen our commitment to peace, national unity, and progress. Regardless of our political, social, or cultural differences, we remain one people with one common destiny.

This occasion calls on every Liberian, at home and abroad, to reflect on our shared history and our responsibility to build a nation where every citizen is respected, empowered, and given the opportunity to contribute to national development.
