LFA’s TDS Coordinator Successfully Completes CAF Executive Management Programme

Liberia Football Association’s newly promoted Talent Development Scheme (TDS) Coordinator, Wind Gargar, has successfully completed the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Football Executive Management Programme (FEMP) in Cape Town, South Africa.

The (FEMP) aligns with CAF’s long-term vision to professionalize football administration and empower Member Associations, Zonal Unions, and key stakeholders with the knowledge and tools required for sustainable football development, leadership and effective management.

The second edition of the programme, which commenced in September 2025, combining both online and in-person sessions, brought together senior football administrators from across the continent for an intensive and transformative learning experience.

The modules covered:
- Governance and Compliance in Football
- Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Financial Management in Sport Organizations
- Commercialization and Sponsorship in African Football
- Football Operations and Event Management
- Digital Innovation and Communication
- Integrity and Ethics

The LFA congratulates Mr. Gargar on his latest achievement and reaffirms its commitment to the professional development of its staff through various capacity building programs – a fundamental pillar of the LFA’s strategy to develop Liberian football at all levels through professional management.
