Colombo medicos hold their nerve to secure a 25-run victory over Peradeniya in the Battle of Medicos 🏏⚕️. After posting 200/7 in 45 overs with Theekshana Perera’s composed 89 leading the charge, Colombo’s bowling attack — led by Dineth Thisera’s 3-16 — restricted Peradeniya to 175 all out in 43.1 overs despite Nimesh Senarathne’s gritty 57 and Tharusha Hasaranga’s solid 47. A proud moment for Colombo, and a hard-fought battle for both medical faculties!
