🌱⚡ Workshop on Sustainable Mobility with BYD and John Keells CG Auto ⚡🌱

Organized by the Automotive Society of the University of Peradeniya, this workshop on sustainable mobility was held on the 27th of November at the EOE Pereira Theatre. In collaboration with BYD, represented in Sri Lanka by John Keells CG Auto, the event provided students with hands-on experience with an electric vehicle while exploring the future of sustainable automotive technologies.

The Vision of the Automotive Society of the University of Peradeniya extends to fostering innovation and technical excellence, reflected in its flagship initiative—the Optimum Racing Formula Student team. This pioneering team is building the university’s first-ever electric race car and recently achieved significant success at the Formula Bharat 2024 Pi-EV competition.
