අපි හැමෝම අතින් වැරදි වෙනවා. නමුත් එකම වැරැද්ද නැවත නැවතත් කරන එක සාමාන්‍ය දෙයක් නෙවෙයි. හරි වැරැද්ද කුඩා කාලයේ ඉඳලාම ඉගෙන ගත යුතු දෙයක්.

පුංචි කාලෙ ඉඳලාම තමන් කරන හැමදේම හරි කියලා උගන්වන, වැරැද්ද හරිහැටි පෙන්වලා දෙන්න දන්නෙ නැති වැඩිහිටියන් ලඟ උස් මහත් වීමට ලැබීම දරුවෙකුට සිද්ද වෙන ලොකු අපරාධයක්.

ක්‍රීඩාව දරුවෙකුගේ ජීවිතයට අත්‍යවශ්‍ය ඇයි?
කරුණු 10ක් මෙන්න

ක්‍රීඩාව කියන්නේ නිකම්ම විනෝදාංශයක් නෙවෙයි.
එය ජීවිතය ඉගෙන ගන්නා පාසලක්.

වර්තමාන තරඟකාරී ලෝකය තුළ දරුවෙකුට පොතපතේ දැනුම වගේම ක්‍රීඩා පිටියෙන් ලැබෙන අත්දැකීම්ද ඉතා වැදගත් වෙනවා.

දරුවන් ක්‍රීඩා කළ යුතු ප්‍රධානතම හේතු 10ක් පහත දැක්වේ.

1. කායික සෞඛ්‍යය සහ ශක්තිමත් බව

ක්‍රීඩාවේ නිරත වීමෙන් දරුවාගේ ශරීරය නිරෝගී වන අතර ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණ පද්ධතිය ශක්තිමත් වේ.

පිහිනීම හෝ පාපන්දු වැනි ක්‍රීඩාවල නිරත වීමෙන් දරුවාගේ හෘදයේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය සහ පෙනහළු ධාරිතාව ඉහළ යයි.

2. මානසික විනය සහ අවධානය

ඕනෑම ක්‍රීඩාවක නීති මාලාවක් පවතිනවා. ඒවාට අනුගත වීම හරහා දරුවා තුළ විනය ගොඩනැගේ.

චෙස් (Chess) වැනි ක්‍රීඩාවකදී එක් පියවරක් තැබීමට පෙර දැඩි අවධානයක් සහ ඉවසීමක් ප්‍රගුණ කිරීමට දරුවා ඉගෙන ගනී.

3. කණ්ඩායම් හැඟීම (Teamwork)

අන් අය සමඟ සහයෝගයෙන් වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව ක්‍රීඩාවෙන් නිතැතින්ම ලැබේ.

ක්‍රිකට් හෝ වොලිබෝල් ක්‍රීඩාවේදී තනිව ජයග්‍රහණය කළ නොහැකි බවත්, මුළු කණ්ඩායමම එකම අරමුණකට වැඩ කළ යුතු බවත් දරුවා වටහා ගනී.

4. නායකත්ව ගුණාංග වර්ධනය

තීරණ ගැනීම සහ අන් අයව මෙහෙයවීම ක්‍රීඩා පිටිය තුළදී ප්‍රායෝගිකව පුහුණු විය හැකිය.

කණ්ඩායම් නායකයෙකු ලෙස පීඩනය හමුවේ සන්සුන්ව තීරණ ගනිමින් තම කණ්ඩායම මෙහෙයවීමට දරුවාට අවස්ථාව ලැබේ.

5. පරාජය දරාගැනීමේ හැකියාව

ජීවිතයේ හැලහැප්පීම් වලට මුහුණ දීමට ක්‍රීඩාව හොඳම පෙරහුරුවකි.

තරඟයකදී පරාජය වූ විට ඉන් පසුබට නොවී, වැරදි හඳුනාගෙන නැවත නැගී සිටීමට ක්‍රීඩාව දරුවාට උගන්වයි.

6. කාල කළමනාකරණය

අධ්‍යාපනය සහ ක්‍රීඩාව සමබරව කරගෙන යාමට දරුවා කාලය සැලසුම් කිරීමට ඉගෙන ගනී.

පුහුණුවීම් සඳහා කාලය වෙන් කරන අතරම, තම ගෙදර වැඩ අවසන් කිරීමට දරුවා කාලසටහනකට අනුව වැඩ කිරීමට හුරු වේ.

7. ආත්ම විශ්වාසය ගොඩනැගීම

නව කුසලතාවයක් ප්‍රගුණ කරන විට හෝ ජයග්‍රහණයක් ලබන විට දරුවාගේ ආත්ම අභිමානය ඉහළ යයි.

මලල ක්‍රීඩා ඉසව්වකදී තමාගේම පැරණි වාර්තාවක් අලුත් කිරීමෙන් දරුවා තුළ "මට පුළුවන්" යන විශ්වාසය තහවුරු වේ.

8. සමාජයීය සබඳතා වර්ධනය

විවිධ පරිසරවලින් පැමිණෙන දරුවන් සමඟ මිතුරු වීමට ක්‍රීඩා පිටිය කදිම ස්ථානයකි.

පාසල් අතර තරඟ සඳහා සහභාගී වීමෙන් විවිධ ප්‍රදේශවල දරුවන් සමඟ අදහස් හුවමාරු කර ගැනීමටත්, නව මිත්‍රත්වයන් ඇති කර ගැනීමටත් අවස්ථාව ලැබේ.

9. තීරණ ගැනීමේ වේගය

ක්ෂණිකව සිතා ක්‍රියාත්මක වීමේ හැකියාව ක්‍රීඩාවෙන් දියුණු වේ.

ටෙනිස් හෝ බැඩ්මින්ටන් ක්‍රීඩාවේදී තත්පරයකින් දශම ගණනකදී පන්දුවට පහර දිය යුතු දිශාව තීරණය කිරීමට දරුවා පුහුණු වේ.

10. සතුට සහ මානසික සහනය

පොතපතේ වැඩ නිසා ඇතිවන මානසික පීඩනය අවම කර ගැනීමට ක්‍රීඩාව උදව් වේ.

සවස් කාලයේ මිතුරන් සමඟ පිටියක සෙල්ලම් කිරීමෙන් දරුවාගේ මනස සැහැල්ලු වී නැවුම් බවක් ඇති වේ.

අවසාන වශයෙන්, ක්‍රීඩාව යනු දරුවෙකුගේ පෞරුෂය ඔප්නැංවීමේ ප්‍රබලතම මෙවලමයි.
එය ඔවුන්ට ජයග්‍රහණයේ මාවත පෙන්වා දෙනවා පමණක් නොව, යහපත් පුරවැසියෙකු ලෙස ලෝකයට මුහුණ දීමේ ශක්තියද ලබා දෙයි.
එබැවින්, ඔබේ දරුවාටත් අදම ක්‍රීඩාවක නිරත වීමට මග පෙන්වන්න.
