We wish to inform you that the upcoming Swimming Meet has been postponed in response to multiple requests from competitors and parents. This decision was made to accommodate the following important commitments:

- Upcoming GCE O/L Examination
- Schools Swimming Meets
- District Swimming Meet

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
A new date will be announced in due course.

Kindly note that we will not be accepting any entries until the revised date is finalized. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

නිවේදනයයි!!!

බස්නාහිර පළාත් ජාතික ක්‍රීඩා පිහිනුම් තරගය එම දිනවලම පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත බැවින් අපගේ විදුදය රිට්ස්බරි තරගය දින නියමයකින් තොරව කල් දැමීමට සිදුව ඇති බව කණගාටුවෙන් දන්වා සිටිමු.

මෙම තරගය කිහිප වතාවක් කල්දැමීම ඉතා කණගාටුදායක නමුත් පිහිනුම් ක්‍රීඩකයින්ට තරඟ දෙකටම සහභාගී විය නොහැක්කේ දෙකම එකසේ වැදගත් බැවිනි. විවිධ පාසල් සහ ක්‍රීඩා සමාජ වලින් අපට නොයෙකුත් ඇමතුම් ලැබී ඇති අතර, සිදුවන අපහසුතාවයන් වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා අපට තරඟය කල් දැමීමට සිදු විය.

එබැවින් අනෙකුත් තරඟ සමඟ ඇති වන අපහසුතාවයන් වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජලජ ක්‍රීඩා සංගමයේ තරඟ කාලසීමාව අවසානයේ අපි මෙම තරඟය පවත්වන්නෙමු.

එසේම, මෙම තරඟය කිහිප වතාවක් කල්දැමීම ගැන යමෙකු අසතුටට පත්වන්නේ නම්, ඔබගේ කලකිරීම අපට වැටහෙන බැවින් සියලුම තරඟ ගාස්තු ආපසු ලබා දීමට අප කටයුතු කරන බව දන්වා සිටින්නෙමු.

Dear all,

We regret to inform you that our vidudaya ritzbury competition has to be postponed without a date as the western province national games swimming competition has been schedeuled on the same dates.

It is very unfortunate to postpone this prestigious competition several times but the swimmers cannot participate in both competitions as both are equally improtant. We have received numerous calls from various schools and clubs informing ablut the situation and we have to postpone the competition to avoid conflicts.

Therefore we will be conducting this competition at the end of the competition period of Sri Lanka aquatic sports union to avoid conflicts with other competitions.

Also, if anyone is unhappy with this competition being postponed several times, we are happy to return all the event fees as we are understand your frustration !!!!

We will come to you with the new date as soon as possible!!!!!

Due to scheduling conflicts with the Novices Water Polo Championships and the National Age Group Championships, the Vidudaya Ritzbury Inter Schools Swimming Championship originally scheduled for May 4th and 5th has been postponed.
