This is how my body transformation Journey happened

My body transformation Journey,
Since my teenage I was a gym lover with higher level sports background both individual and team games. Workouts was a main part of my daily routine and I concerned my physical Fitness as priority of my life .
But once I retired from professional sports career, used to think about Healthy lifestyle than being with bulky muscles.
Because I am not a bodybuilder I wanted to keep my BMI at correct level and move forward with Healthy body rather than making unnecessary pressure to heart Rate.
I start my body transformation process with knowledge I gained from my 15 years of sports career with confidence.
First thing I did stop going for gym and start body weight training with HITT Workouts .(Gym base workouts not helping for lean the muscles)
Then I strict with my meals
In this period I did concern about correct nutrition and diet plan (if you don't have good knowledge about nutrition you will loose the muscles)
When I started my weight was 95kg
Finally I achieved my goal with reducing 35kg and My BMI is 22.6 .
With the body transformation I achieved lot of positive things both physically and mentally and having Healthy lifestyle.
If you want to live Healthy lifestyle don't go after trending or mislead marketing traps. Yes somehow you can loose your weight by following those but it will not give you healthy body.
Things to keep on mind π€
πWorkouts are not only for build muscles or be a
bodybuilders
πDo workouts for keep your body and mind healthier.
πDon't waste your time/Money for building muscle
it's not give you healthy body just temporary
satisfaction with long-term side effects.
π Never Used short cuts ( Artificial Supplements)
π Do workouts for develop Strength, Flexibility and
endurance .
π focus on Healthy eating
Healthy lifestyle is the priority π
