This lad has been hurt by being called fat and ugly and was so down until he start his fitness journey.
It was hard for him in the beginning since he was a foodie and living an unhealthy lifestyle.
So the first thing we had to change is his lifestyle (STRICT NUTRITION PLAN, HIIT, CARDIO, MUSCLE BUILDING, SLEEP TRACK, REST )
And Tracked his size change often.
I should appreciate the dedication and sacrifices he made to control his cravings and his commitment to workout was amazing.
120+ kilos but his activeness was mesmerizing.
So by trusting the right process and simply Working hard on the schedule, he managed to lose weight and size which made him a new person.
Since his goal is to go beyond this and achieve serious levels we will be working more with him. He will be weighing in two digits very soon.
