🧘‍♀️ Pilates & Sculpt (Coach Elissa):
* Pilates 1 & 2: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays at 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM.
* Pilates 3 & 4: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM.
🥊 Kickboxing Kids (Coach Shaymaa):
* Thursdays & Saturdays at 4:00 PM.

Mat vs. Reformer Pilates: Which one is your perfect match? ✨ 🧡
While both incredible workouts focus on deep core strength, control, and alignment, they offer two completely different experiences:

Mat Pilates: A floor workout relying entirely on your own body weight against gravity. It looks simple from the outside, but it demands ultimate control and challenges your core stability like nothing else.
