Contemporary Fusion | Every Thursday | 7:30–8:45 PM

A structured class that develops both technique and performance quality through contemporary foundations with fusion elements.

In this session, students work on:
• Body alignment & control
• Fluidity, transitions & movement quality
• Floorwork fundamentals (level-appropriate)
• Musicality, dynamics & phrasing
• Strength, flexibility & coordination
