Why your front split feels "stuck" ๐Ÿฅ‹

Many of you have mentioned that the front split feels nearly impossible, or that your kicks feel restricted when you try to extend your leg.

The "secret" culprit? Stiff hamstrings.

Think of your hamstrings like a tight rubber band. If they aren't flexible, they pull back on your pelvis, making it harder to reach the floor in a split and "locking" your leg during high kicks.
